Day 19

November 19th, 2010: As a pleasant start to my day today I was able to skype with my parents. While it was the beginning of my day it was past the end of theirs. It was a great way to start my morning- being able to have our once a week chat about life and all that has happened since the last time we have spoken. I love to see the faces of each of my family members and hear their voices. It makes being an ocean away easier. I am so thankful for the investment my parents have made in my life. I will never be able to thank them enough for the sacrifices they have made for me throughout the years- and even continue to make for my sisters and I. It is because of their love that I am the person I am today. Thanks for all you are to me mom and dad!

Oh and Anna and Jess came home today! I was go happy to see their beautiful faces!

Thank of the day: With that being said, today I am thankful for technology. Thankful for the ability to jump online and exchange phone calls, pictures and emails with people from all over the world. I am thankful for the way that technology allows us to share life with people who may not have the chance to be an everyday part of our life. I am thankful to be living in a day in age where communication is instant. Some days I just need to see the face and hear the voices of the people I love the most.
