November 9th, 2010: Today I have spent a good amount of time writing an email back home to my friends and family updating them on my life here. As much work as it can sometimes be, it is always great to sit down and think about all that has happened in life since the last time I wrote home. I have always learned and experienced much, so this email serves as a great way to reflect on all that has happened. Of course, it never hurts to accomplish this task while sipping on an iced coffee and listening to some good music. Thank of the day: I am thankful for my life back home- the life I left behind to come here. Thankful for my family and friends that love me from a distance and care enough about me to read this email. I am so thankful for these people that are my life and the love that they give me- even when I am an ocean away. So many people don't have anyone to love or to love them and I am blessed enough to lead a life filled with people who serve both purposes.
